Why Savannah?
Georgia is currently the fastest-growing film market in the world thanks to generous state-wide tax incentives. In addition to being the only coastal region to film in Georgia, Savannah also has local tax incentives to save production more money. Producers will save over 30% by shooting in Savannah.
Why Purpose-Built?
There are currently over 4 Million sq. ft. of studio sound stages in Georgia but ZERO purpose-built studios in Savannah. KAT-5 Studios is the first, and is designed to meet the demand of the industry both today and tomorrow.
